During Lent, we lit a candle each week representing Joy, Love, Hope and Peace. On Easter Sunday we sang the Hallelujah Chorus: “The kingdom of this world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of His Christ, and of His Christ; And He shall reign for ever and ever”

We’ll be starting our walk at 2pm at St. Mary Magdalen. The current cuts in USAID funds have had a huge negative impact on the work of Church World Service around the world. Funds raised by the walk will support CWS food and water projects as well as Dorothy Day House in our local community.
