If you have access to a printer, you may want to print one or more of these for use whenever is convenient for you.
A step-by-step "how to draw" what is called a classical labyrinth pattern. In case you want to try your hand at drawing or designing one yourself. The act of creating a labyrinth is, in itself, a meditative process.
A classical labyrinth design - ready to be printed and used as a finger labyrinth. You can use your finger, or draw with a pen, pencil, or crayon. Again - a meditation. This pattern reflects labyrinth designs found in Greece and other ancient cultures.
A Chartres labyrinth design - also for printing and using on your own. This design dates from the Middle Ages when it was installed in stone inside the Chartres cathedral in France. Both the indoor and outdoor labyrinths at Grace Cathedral in SF have this design.
In addition to the Lenten Meditation, I offer you these resources:
If you would like to receive a thought for each day of the year, go to this link: https://www.1spirit.org/sacred-practice/subscribe/ and you can subscribe to their Sacred Practice Daily Inspiration email. I have used several of their offerings in my Meditation. There are also other resources on that site.
If you would like an interactive hand labyrinth available for iPads and iPhones - look for an app called Labyrinth Journey by Mount Mojo...it is free to download. https://www.labyrinthjourney.app/
If poetry is something that you turn to for inspiration or consolation, you might consider this website that Mary Cavagnaro sent me: https://poets.org/academy-american-poets-invites-you-participate-shelter-poems
Veriditas.org - Home of the Labyrinth movement is hosting a virtual labyrinth walk and meditation each Friday in April at 4 pm. Register here: https://zoom.us/meeting/register/vpEtdu-vqz4uVNox7l01AOyjSCEspCNsjg
