Epworth's Older Adult Program offers a variety of ways for seniors to connect, grow and serve in their communities and beyond.  Small groups meet weekly and include tai chi and meditation classes, and a book study.  A monthly, a brown bag lunch/speaker series, Lunch Bunch, brings authors, historians, museum docents, writers and health and law professionals to Epworth to talk about areas of interest and learning.

Older Adult Ministry (A+) participants also have the opportunity to volunteer at the Alameda County Community Food Bank, serve meals to the homeless at the Berkeley Men's Shelter and knit blankets, scarves and hats for the needy in an ongoing sewing circle.

In addition, small groups visit museums, cinemas and places of interest around the Bay Area.  Activities are free and everyone is welcome to participate.  For more information, please call Susan Jardin (510-499-2841, or email: susanejardin@gmail.com).
